Working in the Middle East since 2013, Niall focuses on early dispute resolution, international arbitration and non-contentious construction and engineering matters.
He has advised government entities, developers, international contractors and consultants on major infrastructure, resorts, hotel, office and retail projects across the Middle East, including on procurement strategies, contract administration and cases involving project delay and disruption, loss and expense, final account disputes, termination issues and defects.
Niall has particular strength in the resolution of construction and engineering disputes, having successfully represented clients in high-value and complex international arbitrations.
