Nadine Mukhtar is a paralegal in the Litigation department, based in our DIFC Office.

She provides support in navigating disputes of various natures, including Real Estate & Construction, Employment, and Commercial issues, leading to a well-rounded understanding of the UAE’s legal framework.

On a day-to-day basis, her primary responsibilities entail managing pre-litigation procedures, encompassing legal research, and drafting documents such as legal notices and legal opinions.

Nadine obtained a First-Class Honours Law degree from the University of Nottingham. She integrates practical insights from civil law with her foundational knowledge in common law to effectively address and support clients in navigating cross-border legal matters.
