Hassan has over 16 years of PwC experience (last 12 years in the Middle East) in providing professional services across a broad range of competencies including IPO readiness, IPO implementation, IPO reporting accountant role, Sukuk/bond issuances, accounting advisory and assurance services.

He has led over 30 IPO readiness and related transactions on regional and international exchanges and has worked in a number of PwC offices including UAE, KSA and the United Kingdom. Hassan also leads our public debt advisory practice and has acted as reporting accountant on over 50 regional and international public debt offerings including EMTN, Sukuk and 144A. Hassan is a UK qualified Chartered Accountant.
