Muhammad Bilal Ramzan is an Associate at Global/Oman and focused on corporate advisory work, arbitration, legal research and innovation.

He is the recipient of a gold medal and roll of honor for his outstanding performance in academic and extracurricular activities at University of the Punjab, Lahore and upon completion of his BA LLB (Hons.) degree, he went on to complete his LLM at the University of Cambridge.

His earlier experience includes work as a Senior Associate at the one of the most reputed law firms of Pakistan where he worked on matters pertaining to banking and finance, EPC contract(s), arbitration claims, constitutional petitions and advised on a range of corporate, startup and employment matters. He is licensed as an Advocate of the High Courts in Pakistan.

His current focus is on corporate governance and practice, commercial restructure projects, arbitration claims and employment matters. His recent experience includes advising on a large scale acquisition, potential arbitration dispute and setting up of e-commerce businesses in Oman.

Other than focusing on the corporate work, he has co-authored an article on controlling the impact of COVID-19 on commercial establishments which has been well received by the business quarters.
