Ms. Ayşe Hosta Okyar is based in the transactional practice group and specialises in renewable energy, oil and gas, mining, and Infrastructure projects (e.g. cross-border pipeline projects and power plants). She advises on all areas of energy and infrastructure related joint ventures, mergers, and acquisitions. She also advises on daily corporate consultancy matters such as license/permit applications, incentives, and carbon financing.
