He has considerable experience in mining and oil and gas, in addition to extensive experience in public procurement and tenders, joint ventures, and all aspects of cross-border mergers and acquisitions. Mr Oğuzülgen also has experience advising on operational issues for offshore drilling companies and the acquisition of companies engaged in oil and gas exploration and exploitation activities.
