Moneer Gad Al-Mawla has four years' experience in handling Corporate, Commercial, Employment and M&A matters for diverse clients.

Before joining Soliman, Hashish & Partners, Gad Al-Mawla worked in top tier law firm in Egypt for more than three years, advised over 30 clients on his area of practice including, inter alia, starting up and operation of their business in Egypt, reviewing commercial agreements, and handling employment matters.

Gad Al-Mawla has also participated in several M&A transactions, where he conducted legal due diligences and participated in drafting transaction documents.

Gad Al-Mawla is a bilingual Arabic and English lawyer.
