Mohammed is Partner and the Head of the Baghdad office, specialising in corporate commercial. Mohammed has extensive experience in setting up companies, preparing corporate documentation and drafting and reviewing a variety of commercial agreements relating to field operations, construction, leasing and joint ventures. He has advised on employment policies, contracts, disputes, labour unions, sponsorship and manpower supply agreements.
Mohammed's extensive capabilities and duties include, but are not limited to advising senior management and group companies on various day-to-day legal issues and offering advice to companies in Iraq and within the free zones on agency law, distribution and franchising agreements, joint ventures, shipping, employment and construction.
