Biography
Mohammed El Hajj is the Co-founder and Managing Partner of Hajj and Kanaan Law Office and Legal Consultancy and has extensive experience in aviation, corporate and business law, litigation and arbitration proceedings in international commercial and construction disputes. Mohammed el Hajj's practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, companies restructuring in the Middle East and international aviation disputes.
Mohammed El Hajj is currently counsel in several arbitration proceedings conducted under various arbitration rules including the ICC, the SIAC, the UNCITRAL and the BCCI Rules.
Mohammed El Hajj holds a Bachelors of Law from the Lebanese University.
