Mohammed is a senior member of the corporate department with over a decade of experience in the UAE. His expertise spans corporate and commercial law, with a particular focus on mergers & acquisitions, capital markets, private equity, finance and banking.

Known for his strategic input in complex commercial transactions, Mohammed is regularly sought after by clients, particularly for his advice on ensuring that transactions are well structured and meet commercial goals.

Prior to joining, Mohammed worked as a legal advisor in the corporate department of an international investment bank specialising in M&A. Previously, Mohammed led the investment portfolio of a leading investment company in the UAE. He managed a multi-billion dollar investment platform across the MENA region where he advised on capital markets and private equity. Amongst various other matters, Mohammed effectively and successfully advised on a USD 650 million merger.
