Mohammed AL Noor serves as Group Chief General Counsel and International Advisor of Action Group Holdings (AGH). In this role, he leads a team on the provision of overall matters and services of the group for legal, statutory, governmental affairs, and regulatory compliance in terms of business, investment and commercial operations. He combines his legal and business experience on driving the AGH business growth by connecting cross-section capabilities and building strategies that addresses key growth needs through executing, M&A's, partnership and JV's of the AGH on business deals with international corporations and multinationals.

Prior to joining Action Group Holdings, AL Noor was Managing Partner International at ALF LLP, with extensive experience on complex cross-border transactions and deals.
