Mohamed has 22 years of experience, working in both the Middle East and Canada, and has been in the UAE for the last 18 years. He was admitted as a Partner in 2007. He has significant board level experience and a considerable track record on leading major regional and international audits and other assignments, leveraging our global firm expertise and knowledge.

He has helped our clients throughout the different economic cycles, advising them on areas such as Sukuk and debt issuance , IPO preparations, restructuring, cost management and optimisation, mergers & acquisitions, disposals, corporate governance issues, project financing and performance improvement. He specialises in the real estate, investment holding and private equity industries.
