As part of the Technology Transactions and Fintech teams at AX Law, Mirko specialises in advising on transformative technology deals, FinTech regulatory matters, and large-scale telecommunications and digital infrastructure projects.

Mirko’s work includes supporting organisations on fintech, data centres, cloud services, and submarine cable systems, as well as complex agreements critical to the rapidly evolving tech and telecoms sectors. Mirko also provides day-to-day legal guidance to KSA’s leading fintech companies.

Before joining AX Law, Mirko co-led the FinTech and Technology practice at a top-ranked Bolivian law firm, supporting startups and established businesses turn innovative ideas into reality.
