Miray Güneşli Gümüştekin is an associate in our office. In her practice, she plays an active role in the litigation processes at every stage, especially in lawsuits arising from labor, commercial, administrative and criminal law. Miray supports clients at court trials, conciliation, and mediation meetings as well as preparing contracts, protocols and written warnings. She also provides comprehensive legal consultancy on labor law to both national and multinational clients, manages all kind of termination procedures, drafting documents such as labor contracts, mutual rescission agreements, independent contractor agreements, termination notices, and advises on preventive law regarding labor conflicts. Miray provides clients with large workforces efficient labor law solutions in their daily operations. She works with clients that operate primarily in the energy sector, in multilingual customer and call center services, as well as in automotive, and direct selling industries.

Miray is a graduate of Özyeğin University Faculty of Law (LLB, 2018) with high honors and as the highest-ranking student. She is finishing with her masters studies in public law at Galatasaray University, currently completing her thesis year. Miray is admitted to the Istanbul Bar and is fluent in English.
