She started her career at a leading Turkish law firm operating mostly in the retail sector. She has extensive litigation experience representing clients in all aspects of conflicts before consumer and labour courts, as well as providing legal advice in commercial and corporate matters.

Mina currently advises a broad range of domestic and international clients on IP prosecutions. Her work focuses mainly on developing strategies for trademark, copyright, and industrial designs, including dealing with licensing, advertising regulations and unfair competition matters, along with domain name disputes. Mina is a member of Cetinkaya's German Desk and her expertise also extends to personal data protection and regulatory compliance matters. She follows developments in these areas with great interest.
