Previously held the position of Senior Legal Advisor at the Royal Court in Saudi Arabia. There, his experience included providing legal and regulatory advice on various matters relating to Vision 2030 and the related government initiatives.

Megren's experience also includes working on high-profile finance, corporate and capital markets transactions in Saudi Arabia, including advising financiers in prominent financial restructurings, issuers and underwriters in capital markets transactions such as IPOs and issuance of Sukuk, and international and Saudi investors on corporate transactions.
