Matthew has expertise in emerging technologies and has spent time in industry with a major international bank, a FTSE 100 company and a leading crypto business. He has experience drafting and negotiating a wide variety of commercial agreements including payment service provider (PSP) merchant agreements and software as a service (SaaS) agreements.

In his early career Matthew worked as a corporate M&A lawyer at a City law firm before spending time overseas at a top tier firm in the British Virgin Islands engaged in corporate M&A and investment funds work with a digital assets focus.
