Maryline has over 10 years' experience in business law. During her first years of practice, she worked as an in-house lawyer in legal departments of CAC 40 companies before moving on to London where she worked for four years as a consultant in international business law. She recently returned to Paris where she created her own structure.
Maryline has advised SMEs and large companies but also families in the context of capital restructuring. She has been involved in M&A deals and has assisted her clients in various types of contracts.
Maryline has acquired a global experience in (European/international) business law, both in consulting and litigation. She has always studied in parallel with her work in order to best meet the needs of her clients. More recently, Maryline has been training in tax law and has been consulting in the field of personal data protection.
