Marwan possesses 14 plus years of experience in the arbitration, construction, corporate and commercial fields, throughout the middle east and GCC regions. Marwan also acquired in depth knowledge in the cryptocurrency space, following a Ph.D. degree (with honor) that tackled the cryptocurrencies’ laws and regulations, implications on the global monetary system and dispute resolution mechanism from an international perspective.

Currently, Marwan holds the position of legal Counsel at Tracee SAS, a company established in France and specialized in developing financial technologies aimed at simplifying and reducing the cost of global fund transfers; focusing, through blockchain-based solutions, on making money transfers and investment opportunities more secure, efficient and accessible to a broad spectrum of investors and individuals across the globe.

Marwan is fluent in English, Arabic and French.
