Marwan possesses 16 plus years of experience in the arbitration, construction, corporate and commercial fields, throughout the middle east and GCC regions. Marwan also acquired in depth knowledge in the cryptocurrency space, following a Ph.D. degree (with honor) that tackled the cryptocurrencies’ laws and regulations, implications on the global monetary system and dispute resolution mechanism from an international perspective.
Currently, Marwan holds the position of Group Senior legal Counsel at Hempel Paints.
Marwan is fluent in English, Arabic and French.
