Marieke Witkamp has more than 15 years of legal experience, focusing her practice on construction law, litigation and dispute resolution. Marieke has acted for a variety of clients in international and domestic commercial and construction disputes and also provides non-contentious legal advice on various matters, including on Dutch law. Marieke has served as a judge in the Netherlands since 2003 and continues to sit as a substitute judge for the Court of Rotterdam.
