Mariam Rabie joined Soliman, Hashish & Partners in 2024 as a Junior Associate with fluency in Arabic, English and German. Her practice includes providing advice on mergers & acquisitions, antitrust, anti-dumping, telecommunications, media & technology, intellectual property rights. Upon graduating the German University in Cairo (GUC) with a Bachelor’s Degree in International Law and Legal Studies, Mariam interned at various top-tier law firms and legal departments that expanded her experience and understanding of a range of practices – from Dispute Resolution to Commercial and Corporate.

An experienced participant of many international Moot Court competitions – including the Monroe E. Price Media Law moot court competition and the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration moot competitions – Mariam’s wealth of experience recommended her to coach the participants of the Monroe E. Price Media Law moot court competition.

As part of the Antitrust team in SH&P, Mariam was recently awarded first place for the Best Competition Research in Egypt held by the Egyptian Competition Authority under the auspices of the Egyptian Cabinet.
