Maquelin is a Junior Associate at the Firm’s Corporate and Commercial Department.

She has completed her Bachelor of Law from Christ University, Bangalore and further pursued her Masters in Corporate and Commercial Laws from the Karnataka State Law University in India.

She is a qualified lawyer, registered with the Bar Council of India. She has previous experience litigating in indirect tax matters in India. She has also acted as an independent legal consultant to businesses in India providing legal guidance on commercial and contractual matters. She has previously acted as a Legal Advisor for a firm in the UAE, thus gaining corporate experience within the region.

Prior to joining Fitche & Co., she was teaching subjects such as Company Law, Contract Law, Intellectual Property Law etc. at a University in Dubai. She has contributed to various conferences, journals and publications in niche areas of law such as Law of Outer space, Competition Law, Technology Transfer etc.
