Biography

Manar Saleh currently serves as the Legal Manager and Board Secretary of Benefit Company B.S.C (Closed), bringing over 8 years of experience in the financial sector.

Manar holds a Master of Science in Legal Technology from the University of Law, UK, and a Bachelor of Laws with Business LLB from Northumbria University, UK. In addition to her academic achievements, Manar was awarded the Global Scholar Prize from Northumbria University for being one of the top-achieving students in the Law School. She also holds two International Diplomas from the UK, specializing in communication and Governance, Risk, and Compliance.

Furthermore, Manar is a Licensed Arbitrator in Securities Disputes by the GCC Commercial Arbitration Centre and a Certified Board Secretary by the Dubai Financial Market. Since 2017, she has been an active member of the Legal Framework Committee in the Bahrain Association of Banks. Additionally, Manar is an affiliate member of the International Compliance Association.
