Malak joined ADSRO-Ragy Soliman & Partners as a senior associate in January 2020 . She is a dual qualified lawyer in Egypt and England and Wales. Malak practiced general corporate, commercial as well as capital markets law across different industries, including energy, tourism and education with international business firms both in Egypt and in the Gulf. She has developed a solid focus on the oil and gas sector particularly with regards to risk allocation under oil and gas contracts.
Prior to joining Adsero, Malak was an associate at Latham and Watkins in Doha and specialised in corporate and capital markets law. She was involved in numerous complex deals in the region.
