Mahadi is a Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA), who has over 10 years' experience in the finance and accounting field. He is approved by the FTA as a tax agent, currently focusing on providing VAT advice to businesses from different industries covering most of VAT aspects including Transaction mapping, VAT treatment, Filing and reporting as well VAT audit.

In addition to VAT advisory, Mahadi also has expertise in the direct and international taxation field. He was involved in several complex advisory assignments related to withholding tax and taxation for IP Assets.

He speaks fluent Arabic and English.
