Maha Ibrahim is a junior associate who joined Youssry Saleh & Partners as a member in the corporate team.

Her duties include conducting legal research, providing legal opinions, investigating and analysing legal documents, translating from English into Arabic and vice versa, reviewing and drafting contracts including employments contracts, distribution agreements, services' providing agreements among others as well as drafting required Powers of Attorney.

She has also drafted many legal articles in order to follow up with the amendments and changes in laws and regulations in Egypt.

She holds an LLM degree in Civil and Private Law from Ain Shams University & an LLB degree from Ain Shams University (English Section).
