Maad Al Balushi is an associate in SASLO’s corporate and commercial team. He frequently assists in advising clients on a variety of issues, including corporate law, mergers & acquisitions, capital markets, project finance, and arbitration. He joined SASLO from a reputable Omani company, where he assisted with a wide range of corporate and commercial legal work. Maad graduated from the University of Leicester in the United Kingdom with a bachelor’s degree in law in 2018.
