Luke is a senior associate in the insurance/reinsurance litigation team in Dubai. Luke advises insurer and reinsurer clients on claims, subrogated recoveries, defence work and coverage issues. Luke acts in international arbitration and complex litigation in the English High Court and the DIFC Court , as well as assisting with local court litigation. Luke also has experience of handling regulatory and dispute resolution work for the aerospace sector as well as advising on liability claims from warehousing and the carriage of goods by sea or road.
