Loai Mgharbel is licensed as an attorney and a private notary by the Saudi Ministry of Justice. He obtained his LL.M. from St. Mary's University, Texas, U.S.A, with a specialization in International & Comparative Law, and received his LL.B. in Legal Studies from King Abdulaziz University, Saudi Arabia, in 2011.

Loai has extensive experience as a litigator, and has represented clients at numerous Saudi judicial bodies, including Commercial Courts, Administrative Courts, Criminal Courts, Labour Courts, and General Courts. Loai also has expertise in submitting and completing all forms of governmental applications, including applications before the Saudi Arabian Ministry of Commerce, the Ministry of Investment, and the Ministry of Labour.
