I'm Lindsey Barras, a Partner in PwC Legal's Immigration team with nearly 15 years experience working in immigration and global mobility. I've led a number of global engagements for international blue chip clients, delivering services including global coordination, strategic advice, consultation projects and immigration support. Before joining PwC Legal I was responsible for the EMEA Global Mobility team at a leading investment bank advising on all aspects of global assignment management.

I lead PwC Legal's Short Term Business Visitor immigration team and am a special advisor to our Mobility Technology Solutions Board. As well as being an original member of the UK Government's Employers Taskforce, I've been at the forefront of working with governments on changes to work and business visitor rules. I'm also a board member of the UK Institute for Migration Research.
