Léna Dridi is a lawyer specialising in corporate governance, contract law, AI law, and legaltech. She currently serves as Legal Expert & Strategic Alliances Manager at DiliTrust, where she leads legal expertise and partnerships across the Middle East, Africa, and Asia.
She also lectures on AI Law and Contract Automation in the first African Legal Tech Master’s Program at UNCHK.
Her international career, spanning Australia, the UAE, Italy, and France, has equipped her with strong insight into cross-border legal practice and the diverse realities of corporate law around the world.
