Kim is an Associate in the Dispute Resolution team in Dubai.

Kim has experience in general commercial litigation before the UAE onshore Courts, DIFC Courts and ADGM Courts, as well as in arbitration proceedings under leading institutions, including DIAC.

Kim has advised many high-net-worth individuals on a variety of complex disputes, to include shareholder disputes, mis-selling claims concerning investments, fraudulent misrepresentation, and matters involving virtual assets.

Kim has also worked on high value construction disputes, representing major developers in contentious matters relating to projects in the UAE and Saudi Arabia, including airports, stadiums and mixed-use developments.

Kim is a dual qualified solicitor, admitted to the Law Society of Ireland and the Law Society of England.
