Keith advises on the procurement and project financing of major infrastructure, power and utilities projects throughout the region. He has developed an in-depth understanding of the power sector, particularly within Saudi Arabia where he has advised extensively on IPP projects and export credit financings.

In recent years Keith has lead on the procurement of power and water projects. Many such procurements have been the first of their type, including the first solar and wind IPP projects in Saudi Arabia and the first solar IPP project in Oman. His projects have received awards from the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply, IJ Global, Euromoney and PFI.
