Jeremy is an Associate in the Construction Advisory & Disputes Group based in Pinsent Masons' Dubai Office.

Jeremy's practice focuses on construction law and disputes. He has acted in a broad range of contentious matters both in Dubai and internationally, on behalf of main contractors, sub-contractors, consultants and developers. He specialises in arbitration, and has acted under various institutional rules including DIAC, ICC, UNCITRAL and ad hoc arbitration. Jeremy also has substantial experience resolving disputes prior to the commencement of formal proceedings by means of various alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, including through negotiation, mediation and adjudication.
