Jana is a Senior Paralegal with experience in the commercial department. She primarily assists the corporate commercial team in legal research, corporate governance, and liaising with government departments.

Jana also supports with the formation of new companies in KSA, and preparing of various legal documents boards and shareholders resolutions and general client correspondence.

Jana holds a Legal Practice Course (LPC) degree and a GDL from the University of Law in London-United Kingdom, and an LLM in International Law and International relations from the University of East London, in addition to a Bachelors Degree in Political Science and International Affairs from the Lebanese American University in Beirut- Lebanon.
