Jack is an associate in our Middle East Corporate & Commercial practice, based in our Dubai office. Jack specialises in advising clients operating across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region on non-contentious commercial matters, with a particular focus on fintech, technology contracts, sector specific regulation and intellectual property.

Jack also supports clients on data protection compliance and privacy related issues. In particular, Jack has a detailed knowledge of the EU's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), having supported a range of clients on their GDPR compliance projects, dealing with issues such as global transfers of data, data retention and subject access requests.

Prior to moving to Dubai, Jack spent over 2 years with Simmons & Simmons in the UK. During this time, Jack undertook a secondment to the Group Operations and Projects legal team at Dyson, where he provided commercial and contract law advice on global technology related matters. Jack spent part of this secondment in Singapore.
