Ibrahim is a senior associate in our Riyadh office and prior to this was based at our Bahrain office working as part of our regional projects and infrastructure practice group. His has experience of working on high profile IPOs and M&A transactions, and also advises on corporate and regulatory issues, with a particular emphasis on capital markets, securities issues, and anti-trust matters.

He is fluent in English, French and Arabic and has a basic understanding of Mandarin Chinese. Ibrahim received common and civil law degrees (BCL/LLB) from McGill University in Montreal, Canada. He also holds a BA in Political Science from Concordia University where he graduated with Honours. He is licensed to practice in the State of New York.
