Hoor is a trainee associate and a member of Corporate and Commercial Group. She works with members of the Corporate and Commercial group on numerous matters including contract drafting and negotiations, contract review, corporate support activities, preparing notices and assisting with all the company secretarial activities. Her main experience covers reviewing company documentation, preparing company share transfer documentation, drafting shareholder resolutions, preparing legal notices, overseeing company AGMs and EGMs, ensuring company regulatory compliance, and overseeing corporate transactions. She did pro bono work as part of her career for eight months in the United Kingdom.
