Hena Sial is an Associate in the firm’s Doha office. Hena’s practice encompasses project-development, project finance, and contract management. Hena trained in Toronto, Canada and developed a practice in public-private partnerships (PPP). Hena has since been involved in negotiating and drafting various project agreements, procurement documentation and financing documents in Canada, Turkey and the Middle East in various sectors, including social (hospitals, colleges and games stadia) and civil infrastructure (roads, highways, bridges, motorways, and transit).
