She represents clients in Turkey before the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office for trademark and patent prosecution matters. She also provides advice regarding patentability of inventions, transfer of IP assets in large M&A transactions.

She has experience in and advises clients in management, recorded and protection soft IP assets as well.

Hatice also handles large franchising transactions in Turkey representing multinational food and beverage companies.

She advises clients in consumer law and e-commerce related issues including consumer complaints, warranty requirements, distant contracts. She also advises clients on prize-promotions, advertisement and other marketing campaigns.

She is admitted to Istanbul Bar Association and she is a licensed mediator. She is a member of the International Trademark Association.
