Hasan is an experienced legal advisor and expert in all facets of law and management, particularly in digital transformation, data protection, IP, ICT. He has had a strategic role in advising and drafting numerous legislation related to trade, particularly the UAE Federal Law No 14 of 2023 on digital trade.

Hasan worked for several international entities like France Telecom, Simmons & Simmons and others. Been in UAE for almost (20) years and deeply involved in the recent wave of the Commercial Laws upscale rendered for the past three years.
