Hadia joined the firm in 2018, she specialises in general corporate and TMT matters. Hadia has experience in due diligence processes and drafting of pertinent reports as well as commercial work in Egypt including preparation of commercial agreements; commercial agency, sale, marketing, supply, lease and services. She also handles corporate secretarial work including general assemblies and board meetings.

Hadia has extensive experience advising major international corporations in relation to several TMT matters according to Egyptian laws and regulations specially with the issuance of the Egyptian Cyber Crimes Law and the Personal Data Protection Law.

She is currently on part time secondment at Amazon Web Services working with the regional public sector legal team.
