Hadeer is an Associate in the Dispute Resolution team in Dubai with 6 years' experience practicing in the Middle East, namely in Egypt and in the UAE.

Prior to joining Hadef & Partners, Hadeer worked in a global law firm based in Cairo and more recently in a UAE firm in Dubai.

She has experience of working on corporate and commercial matters with a focus on company restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, insolvency & bankruptcy and compliance. She also has experience of working on labour and commercial cases.

Hadeer obtained her LLB and LLM from Cairo University in Egypt and is bilingual in Arabic and English.
