Greg has been practising in Dubai for more than ten years and brings an impressive range of corporate and commercial experience across a broad range of sectors, including hospitality and leisure and energy, principally representing clients based in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.

Greg advises a broad range of clients of all sizes: from SMEs to publicly listed companies. Prior to joining the firm, Greg was general counsel at a multi-national Dubai-based single-family office, where he advised on various matters common to this category of client, including extra-judicial criminal considerations, corporate governance, group structural and asset discovery, inheritance and succession structuring, acquisitions, divestment, restructuring and planning for future IPOs.
