Ghadah has experience in advising on Islamic financing, project financing, as well as re-financing and re-structuring transactions. Ghadah is also involved with advising on various PPP and regulatory matters and projects.

Ghadah was on secondment to the Saudi Arabian Ministry of Finance where she developed a keen understanding of government procurement, financing, budgeting and other PPP-related work.

She is fluent in Arabic and English.
