Georgina advises international families, trustees and family offices on cross-border taxation and estate planning issues. In particular Georgina has worked with a number of high net worth families to create suitable succession structures for multi-jurisdictional businesses and other family assets, as well as assisting families to establish investment funds and charitable entities.
Georgina also advises banks and financial institutions on all aspects of the creation, structuring and issue of investment products and funds, which reflect the performance of, or allow direct access to, a variety of different underlying assets (including equities, reference indices, real estate and infrastructure). She advises on the UK taxation treatment of the investments for both institutional and individual investors.
