Before joining CWB in 2011, Firas worked for 12 years with a regional IP firm, where he gained an in-depth knowledge and understanding of IP laws and practices in many countries throughout the Middle East and North Africa region. Firas is an experienced Senior Consultant, with many years of experience in trade mark contentious and non-contentious matters, including commercial, domain name and copyright matters. Main areas of expertise include oppositions, cancellation actions, devising infringement and enforcement strategies, brand clearance advice and trade mark filing strategies.
