Filippo Cossalter joined Barilla Group in Parma, Italy as a Corporate Counsel in January 2004. In February 2011, he moved to J&J, the largest healthcare group based out of Belgium, as Senior Counsel for Turkey, the Middle East, Africa and Israel. He also acted as a member of the regional leadership team. In October 2014, he was promoted to Senior Director, and he was relocated to Dubai in 2015. In addition to his previous assignments, he began serving as a member of the Board of Directors and Corporate Secretary of J&J Middle East FZ LLC, the J&J hub for the region. Since December 2018 his responsibility have expanded to providing legal services for Russia and CIS countries.
