Ferat graduated from Mardin Science High School. He completed his undergraduate studies at Koç University Law School with a minor in sociology. During his undergraduate studies, he studied at Stockholm University as a summer exchange student. Additionally, he participated in 2024 IBA ICC Moot Court Competition, an international moot court competition focusing on international criminal law, as a member of the team representing Koç University.

During his undergraduate studies, Ferat worked as a summer intern at a leading law firm. He currently proceeds with his career at YAZICIOGLU Legal as a legal intern.
